DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Delivery 
 
We currently deliver anywhere in the UK within 3-5 working days. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

Returns
 
We accept returns of goods for up to 30 days from the time of delivering your order. 
 
Returns are only accepted if tires are in acceptable condition. 
 
Please follow the following steps to place a return request :
 
  1. Send an email to returns@atire.com with the following ;
  2. Please state your order number, reason for return, and image of defect (if applicable)
  3. Our customer success team will review your request, and get in touch with you regarding next steps.

Warranty
 
ATIRE warrants, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations stated herein, its tires to
be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
 
 
All tires are designed and manufactured to carry the loads at the appropriate speeds
given in the ETRTO standards.
 
 
For any tire that becomes unserviceable due to defects in materials or workmanship a
credit note on a pro rata basis (tread wear vs. original tread volume) would be given.
 
 
This Warranty applies for five years from the date of manufacturing.
 
This warranty does not cover:
 
1. Abuse, misapplication, irregular wear due to impact loads, improper mounting or
incorrect rim that does not comply with International specifications or fitted or used in
contravention of any State or Territory laws or regulations or in contravention of the
recommendations of the vehicle manufacturer or used on wheels or rims that are out of
alignment, under sized, over-sized, damaged or rusty, vehicle accidents or damage,
direct or indirect effect of any accessories to the products, overloading or over-speeding
beyond limits specified by ETRTO or US Tire & Rim Association, altered (including the
marking), reprocessed or repaired in any way (including re-grooved or re-treaded).
 
 
2. Incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of time, loss of
production, vehicle or rim damage, cost of towing or transportation and any other
consequential damages of any nature.
 
 
3. Cosmetic blemishes or marks on the tyres.
 
 
To obtain warranty adjustments please contact ATIRE, either via our sales representative
or website within 30 days of discovery of defect. Please email pictures of tire defect and
serial number and short description of application and vehicle. ATIRE reserves the right
to inspect all products before making adjustments.
